From March 11th to 14th, 2025, Lionesa Business Hub marked its fourth consecutive presence at MIPIM, the largest international real estate event, held in Cannes, France. As part of the [Greater Porto](https://greaterporto.pt/) delegation, Lionesa BH reinforced its position as one of Portugal’s leading business hubs, promoting the Greater Porto region as an attractive destination for companies and investors on a global scale.

The Lionesa Business Hub delegation included Eduarda Pinto, Executive Director of Lionesa Management, António Pedro Pinto, Head of Marketing & Mood Lab, and Sofia Pires, Sales & Business Development Manager, who brought to Cannes LBH’s vision for the future of work by presenting its new [expansion projects](https://www.forbespt.com/lionesa-business-hub-esta-em-cannes-a-captar-empresas-para-virem-para-o-porto/). These projects include increasing office space capacity, which will create over 2,000 new jobs, the development of 5 hectares of green areas, Flex Working and Flex Living solutions, and the creation of sports and leisure infrastructures, such as padel courts and a sports club. This development reinforces LBH’s commitment to promoting a dynamic and balanced lifestyle within its business ecosystem, aligning with new trends in mobility and flexibility while providing an ideal work-life balance for companies and their teams.

With over 20,000 participants, including investors, developers, and agents from nearly a hundred countries, Cannes was once again a stage for sharing, collaboration, and above all, inspiration. Alongside other renowned entities and companies such as Castro Group, Grupo Casais, Garcia & Garcia, Chave Nova, and Revito, LBH had the opportunity to exchange experiences and strengthen ties with key global market players, highlighting the importance of collaboration and knowledge sharing in building a more sustainable and dynamic future for the real estate sector. The event was also a great opportunity to underscore the Greater Porto region’s growing prominence as a strategic center for investment and the development of impactful projects.
